This lovely vase has a low pedestal base, fluted banding and a slender thistle-shaped body.
The vase features Wedgwood's Moonstane glaze in a creamy satin white which was introduced in 1933.
Approximately 15.5cm tall, 9.5cm in diameter across the top of the vase and 6cm diameter across the base.
The vase likely dates from the 1950s or 1960s and is stamped Wedgwood & Barlaston of Etruria, Made in England. The mark, which is printed in colour on the base, was first introduced in 1940.
Excellent vintage condition without crazing or any cracks. There are some small age spots and marks to the interior of the vase.
