Delivery, Packing & Returns

Packaging

Our packaging is fully recyclable. Items are individually protected with paper bubble wrap and brown parcel paper. Fragile items are then securely packed with a cushioning starch-based void fill which is 100% biodegradable and compostable. We avoid the use of plastic packaging products.

Delivery

Delivery is calculated at checkout. Items are posted with Royal Mail and we provide the option to select from Second Class (standard) and First Class (express) postal services. Some larger items may be posted with Royal Mail's Signed For service at no additional cost.

Items are posted within 2 working days of ordering. If you need your order in a hurry, please do get in touch and we will aim to post on the same day as your order is placed (or early the next day).

Combined postage - multiple items in one order

For orders of more than one item, postage must still be paid per item and will be calculated at the checkout. During packing, if we are able to combine multiple items in one package, any excess postage will be refunded. This is not always possible due to the differing sizes and shapes of our pieces, but we will always do our best to ensure postage is economical whilst ensuring safe transit of delicate items.

Local Collection

We are located in Leeds, West Yorkshire close to Roundhay Park. If you live locally and would prefer to collect your order, we are happy to arrange this - please just let us know via the contact form. Your item will usually be ready to pick up within 24 hours.

Delivery Zones

We currently only offer standard rates to the UK, however please get in touch if you live outside the UK and we may be able to provide a quote for some items.

Returns

Returns, exchanges and cancellations are accepted. Please contact us prior to making a return and note the following conditions:

For returns please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an item is returned, a full refund of the purchase price will be provided - however we do not reimburse the cost of return postage. Items must be returned in the same condition and suitable for resale. If an item is broken or damaged in return transit we will unfortunately be unable to issue a refund. 

As our pieces are all pre-loved, please remember that they each have a past and may show signs of prior use. We endeavor to provide accurate descriptions and to list any imperfections clearly. Please study the photographs provided and consider the listed dimensions of each item. We are happy to provide further details or photographs if you require additional information. Lost, broken or delayed packages

From time to time there may be delays or disruptions to orders. Should you experience any problems, please get in touch using our contact form and we will do our best to help.
