Returns

Returns, exchanges and cancellations are accepted. Please contact us prior to making a return and note the following conditions:

For returns please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Once a return is requested, the item should be returned within 14 days.

Cancellations may be possible if the item has not yet been shipped, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will try to help.

Once an item is returned, a full refund of the purchase price will be provided. We do not reimburse the original postage cost or the cost of the return postage. Items must be returned in the same condition and suitable for resale. If an item is broken or damaged in return transit we will unfortunately be unable to issue a refund. 

As our pieces are all pre-loved, please remember that they each have a past and may show signs of prior use. We endeavour to provide accurate descriptions and to list any imperfections clearly. Please study the photographs provided and consider the listed dimensions of each item. We are happy to provide further details or photographs if you require additional information. If you have any problems with your order please do get in touch via our contact form.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost, broken or delayed packages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any problems with the item.

From time to time there may be delays or disruptions to orders. Should you experience any problems, please get in touch using our contact form and we will do our best to help.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
