Rustic hand-thrown jug in rich terracotta clay with yellow painted rings to the upper body, just below the neck.
Lovely pinched spout and a rich glossy glaze applied to both the exterior and interior.
Likely a mid-sized wine or sangria jug but would now be best used as a vase for dried flowers or to display.
Approximately 16cm tall and 16cm wide from the spout to the handle.
Very good vintage condition, with light scratches and tiny nibbles including one on the spout. The glaze has missed some areas of the clay around the bottom of the jug.
