A grumpy looking jar for pickled onions. This characterful chap has a pointy nose and fabulously dour expression.
The jar is in the shape of an onion with an orangey-brown painted body and lid. Likely dates to the 1960s.
He looks great on a kitchen shelf or for the intended purpose at festive buffets!
Approximately 15cm tall to the top of the lid and 13cm wide to the tip of the nose.
Very good vintage condition with some crazing.
