Beautiful Mexican brass box inlaid with iridescent abalone shell pieces which cover the lid and all sides of the box. Stands on four small feet, the interior is lined with wood.

Very good vintage condition with aging and patina to the brass. Little irregularities in the natural shell pieces with a hairline crack to one segment as shown. Slight wobble to the box. The hinge is secure.
