Vintage Welsh studio pottery carafe and goblets set.
Mid century lidded ceramic carafe and a set of six footed wine goblets by Llangollen Pottery of Wales.
Each piece is handmade in deep red clay with a glossy green and burnished brown glaze and milky-white interior.
Super stylish set dating to the c1960s.
Llangollen Pottery was founded in the early 1950s by husband and wife Rhys and Jean Powell and was one of the first studio potteries in Wales.

The carafe is approximately 25cm tall and 10cm in diameter at its widest point. The goblets are approximately 10.5cm tall and 7cm at their widest.
Excellent vintage condition.
