Vintage terracotta bowl by Városlőd Majolika of Hungary with a hand painted design of flowers and leaves in blue, teal and yellow.
Painted squiggly border around the external rim of the bowl and a clear glossy glaze.
Lovely as a fruit bowl or could be used decoratively - placed on a coffee or hall table or hung as part of a wall plate collection.
Signed and stamped to the base: Városlőd Majolika Hungary 1830. Dates to the c1950s/1960s.
Approximately 7.5cm tall and 23cm in diameter across the top of the bowl.
Aged and rustic condition with little nibbles, scuffs and scratches.
