Square hand-carved box in olive green stone with dramatic brown and rust-coloured veins and markings. Fitted lid and black felt base.

The box was likely made in Italy in the c1970s.
Approximately 4.5cm tall and 9.5cm wide.
Very good vintage condition with marks and scratches alongside very tiny nibbles to the edges and corners gathered over the years. Small chip to one edge as shown in the photographs.
