Large English stoneware bowl with a gorgeous cobalt blue spongeware glaze, c1930s or 1940s.
Ideal as a fruit bowl or more decorative use.
Impressed to the base: Made in England
Approximately 8.5cm tall and 19.5cm in diameter across the top of the bowl.
Aged vintage condition. Some imperfections and glaze misses, particularly to the interior of the bowl, from the time of manufacture (examples shown).
