Delicate carved stone dish in semi-transparent onyx with cloudy-lemon, ochre and rust-coloured veins and markings. The stone has a glass-like quality and has been highly polished.
Pretty to hold rings or other jewellery pieces on a nightstand.
Approximately 3.2cm tall and 10.8cm diameter across the top of the dish.
Very good vintage condition with light scratches and some small nibbles. Natural splits in the stone (which look a little like cracks) as shown in the photos.
