Small brass wall pocket, likely originally intended to hold the spills form lighting a fire.
Today it makes a lovely little vase for dried flowers or as a wall mounted candle holder (take care to secure the candle with melted wax!).
Recently polished.
Approximately 16.5cm tall, 10cm wide and 4cm from the backplate to the front of the pocket.
Excellent vintage condition. Large hanging loop to the top.
