Studio Cobalt Jug

Irish studio pottery vintage jug.

Hand thrown pitcher with a thick high-fired glaze in the most beautiful cobalt blue.

Distinctive rings from the potter's wheel add texture to the body of the jug.

Lovely as a table jug or to use as a vase for fresh or dried flowers.

Approximately 15cm tall and 15cm in width from the handle to the belly of the jug.

Signed to the base: Waterville, Kerry (for Co. Kerry, Eire).

Excellent vintage condition.
