Adorable little French cake mould in dark turquoise-green with a hand painted design of flowers and leaves with decorative borders.
This is a very small version of the traditional ceramic baking mould for a Kougelhopf/Kouglof bread cake. Distinctive of the Soufflenheim village in the Alsace region of France.
Ideal for wall display and has a hanging hole.
Approximately 5cm tall and 9cm in diameter across the base
Lovely rustic vintage condition with crazing in the glaze, scuffs and light scratches.
