Mid century hand-carved onyx box in olive green stone with lovely wavy markings to the lid.
Finished with a varnish and gold-coloured metal hinge to secure the lid to the box.
The box was likely made in Italy in the 1960s or 1970s.
Approximately 4cm tall, 13cm wide and 9.3cm deep.
Very good vintage condition with some light surface marks and a little rust to the gold hinge/trim.
