A footed Art Deco style bowl in light turquoise green with decorative bands to the base and around the opening.
The bowl is by Hartrox Potteries of Castleford, Yorkshire (a name used by Hartleys) and dates to the 1940 or 1950s.
Ideal as a planter for bulbs with a little moss or as a small fruit bowl to hold a bag of easy pealers!
Stamped to the base: Hartrox, Stoneware, Castleford.
Approximately 10cm tall and 15cm diameter across widest part of the bowl.
Very good condition with some light scratches and a small patch of crazing.
