A wonderful pair of early 20th century hand-carved wood candlesticks with graduated ridged stems and circular bases.
Formed in beautiful rich chestnut-brown coloured wood with hints of cherry (possibly mahogany).
Both candlesticks retain their original metal candle socket inserts to protect the wood.
Approximately 21cm tall, 10cm diameter across the base. The candle opening is 2.2cm in diameter.
Aged antique condition with minor knocks, scratches and imperfections.
