Victorian white ceramic jug with a woven, basketweave design that fully covers the body, handle and circular footed base. Satin exterior and glossy interior.
Gently aged and rustic appearance.
Victorian kite mark to the base indicates it was made before 1867 (a letter K indicates the month) but is sadly too worn to decipher the year clearly (possibly N for 1864).
Approximately 15.5cm in height and 12cm wide from the handle to the front of the jug.
Very good antique condition with fading to the glaze as shown in the photographs. A couple of little scuffs to the interior glaze.
