Aged and rustic antique stoneware jam or preserve jar with lots of patina and characterful imperfections.
Beige, off-white in colour with smooth sides and a glossy glaze. A ridge around the rim would have allowed a cloth or paper top to be secured with string.
Great to store cutlery, candles and kitchen herbs, to use as a vase or pen/pencil pot.
Approximately 14cm tall and 9.5cm diameter across the base.
Rustic condition with marks, scuffs and small chips to the base.
