Treacle Glazed Bowl

Treacle glazed mixing bowl.

Rustic stoneware bowl with a glossy brown glaze to both the interior and exterior. The glaze is roughly applied with light and dark patches and numerous air bubbles.

A lovely large and deep bowl, this could be used as intended or as a fruit bowl and easily holds bag or two of apples or pears.

Marked to the base: 18 Made in England

Approximately 12cm tall and 20cm diameter across the top, narrowing to 10cm diameter at the base.

Very good aged vintage condition with scuffs and scratches from years of use. There's a chip to the bottom of the base, as shown in the photographs.
