Large brass wall pocket, likely originally intended to hold the spills form lighting a fire.
Today it makes a lovely vase for dried flowers or as a wall mounted candle holder (take care to secure the candle with melted wax as this is not designed to hold a candle).
Large hanging loop to the top.
Approximately 25.5cm tall, 13cm wide and 16.5cm from the backplate to the front of the pocket.
Very good vintage condition with small marks and imperfections.
