Brass Wish Tortoise

Brass tortoise with hinged opening.

A little vintage brass Feng Shui / Vastu Shastra tortoise, associated with wealth and good fortune.

Wishes can be written down and placed inside the compartment under the tortoise's shell.

Not much age, but a very lovely little item.

Approximately 4cm tall, 6.5cm wide and 4.5cm in depth.

Aged condition with marks and patina.
