Aged vintage stoneware jug by Denby with a glossy treacle-coloured glaze. Dates to the mid century, 1950s or 1960s and holds two pints.
Sturdy and practical jug the could be used as a utensil holder, vase or as a working kitchen jug.
The backstamp is stencilled in black and reads: Denby Stoneware, Made in England, 2PT
Approximately 17cm in length from the handle to the belly of the jug, 13cm wide and 17cm in height.
Excellent vintage condition with some very light marks. Clean and bright interior.
