Mid century brass frog or toad ashtray in a sitting position with head held upwards. Good weight and hinged lid opening.
Recently polished but retaining markings and patina that add lots of character.
Display on a coffee table to use as intended or as a match holder and strike.
Dating to the c1950s or c1960s.
Approximately 4.5cm tall at the top of the head and 8cm in length.
Aged vintage condition with lots of marks and scratches. The interior has been scrubbed but does have black coating/marks from past use.
