A beautiful aged Victorian pitcher with a tapering body and rope effect handle.
Treacle brown colouring to the exterior with a beige, putty-coloured interior and glossy glaze applied throughout.
Approximately 20cm tall, 18cm wide from the handle to the belly of the jug and 13.5cm diameter across the base.
Rustic antique condition with light scratches, small chips and an old hairline crack to the interior (about 6cm long). Imperfections and misses in the glaze dating to the time of manufacture.
